1 hospitalized after wreck involving DPS trooper near Holliday

ARCHER COUNTY (KFDX/KJTL) — A wreck involving a trooper with the Texas Department of Public Safety just outside of Holliday on Wednesday afternoon sends one to the hospital with what appears to be a non-life-threatening injury.

The call came in at around 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, about an injury accident on Business 82, near the overpass of U.S. Highway 82, just northeast of Holliday in Archer County.

According to Sgt. Juan Gutierrez with DPS, a trooper was involved in a crash that involved another vehicle.

One person was transported to United Regional for complaints of back pain resulting from the wreck.
