Wichita County Sheriff David Duke has confirmed that John Dewayne Hennan, 39, was arrested at his heating and air conditioning business on F.M. 367 on Wednesday afternoon.

WCSO deputies surrounded Hennan's business for a welfare check and eventually called for an ambulance for a subject who was complaining of chest pain, which Sheriff Duke later confirmed was Hennan.

According to WFPD Sgt. Charlie Eipper, Hennan was wanted for theft of more than $2,500 but less than $30,000 by false pretenses, swindling, or a confidence game.
