First After Hours Art Walk of 2024 returning to downtown Wichita Falls with ideal weather conditions

WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — After a long-awaited six-month break, the After Hours Art Walk is making its return to the heart of downtown Wichita Falls.

On Thursday, April 4, from 5:30 to 9 p.m., much of the downtown area will be transformed into a creative destination as dozens of local artists, musicians and vendors gather to share their talents in the Art Walk.

And, according to our meteorologists, the weather is shaping up to be absolutely ideal; the night will start off in the mid-70s and shift down to the mid-to-low 60s as the night ends.

Don't forget to stop by the photography booth of our very own Dylan Jimenez, Photos by Jimenez, for a free portrait on the spot.

The Art Walk occurs monthly from April to October every year. In addition to the multitude of talent lining the streets, several downtown restaurants, bars and stores will remain open during that time, including 8th Street Coffee House, Ramble & Company, Casa Mañana, The Yard, Downtown Bazaar and more.
