Encompass CEO Jody Gregory said the much-needed expansion has been coming for a long time.

"I didn't know we were ever going to be here. It feels great. I mean, the new facility, it looks amazing," he said. "Having the private rooms and all that additional space, also being able to offer dialysis in-house compared to sending them out again. It's a dream come true."

Encompass opened in 1997 and includes a therapy gym, in-house pharmacy, courtyard, dining rooms, and day rooms.

It specializes in several areas of inpatient rehabilitation, including higher medical management for patients recovering from strokes, hip fractures, and brain injury.
